What happens next

Four stages, in this order, every time.

STAGE 01Attend

We come and look at the plant before quoting. A price given over the phone is a guess.

STAGE 02Scope

A method statement covering what will be done, what it needs, and what has to be shut down for it.

STAGE 03Rectify

Installation, wiring, fault-finding and commissioning, with functional testing before anyone signs it off.

STAGE 04Hand over

As-built documentation, calibration records, and technical support afterwards on agreed terms.
